‘After sales service’ is a big part of our values making sure that safety on our scaffolds are maintained throughout the hire period and not left with the client to manage.

Safety to us is Paramount! With ever growing incident numbers growing on residential job sites throughout our service areas we are always at the forefront in the industry with safety updates and compliance. We are here to lead the way and make a change to the ‘much overlooked’ safety aspect in the scaffold industry.

Reliability is our base value in terms of our operations. Growing from a one man operation to where we are today, we felt that our reliability is what set us apart from our competitors.

Our clients aren’t measuring us or our competitors strictly on our ‘wins’ but also on our ‘losses’ as Paramount have so few.

Our Story

The true beginnings of Paramount Scaffolds began in 2005 when our owner began his career in scaffolding.

He quickly realised that there was a definite lack in both safety and reliability on jobsites around scaffold and that nobody was really moving forward and making a change.

Fast forward to 2013 when Paramount scaffolds began with a small team of 3 sub-contracting to larger scaffold companies through Sydney.

At this time, it was apparent that there was still a lack of affordable yet safe and reliable scaffold providers in Sydney and it was time to shake things up.

Starting out with a single car licence truck, a deep passion for scaffolding and the idea that we could make the scaffold industry a better place and a small paddock in my Fathers property we set out purchasing small amounts of scaffold through a well known Sydney supplier.

We continued to build a steady and reliable client base strictly through recommendations and word of mouth which still to this day we maintain.

Along the way, we faced many challenges that most small business owners will face along the journey but faced with a continuing problem with cheap ‘cowboy’ scaffold companies.

This meant that the price for scaffolding in Sydney was being forced down by companies that would supply a scaffold that didn’t meet standards and was often installed by unlicensed personnel.

This didn’t sit well with us as we weren’t here just to take people’s money but to ensure a safe and reliable scaffold so that all trades could return home after work safely to family and friends.

Thankfully in 2019, a major blitz in scaffold safety was put together by Worksafe NSW to help weed out the cowboys and put one of our key values back at the forefront of our industry.

In this time that we had been operating, we have made many new friends in the form of clients who we thrive on keeping happy each day and to achieve this we have put together a great team of people.

Ranging from our Supervisors to our yard staff, everybody loves to come to work and strive to do their best each and every day as we are all part of the Paramount Family.
